If your vehicle needs to be towed (because the engine is dead, the transmission failed, you were in an accident, or the problem can't be fixed on-site), we'll tow you to your home, your preferred repair shop, or a nearby facility at a member-discounted rate. Towing rates depend on distance (usually $3-$5 per mile for members, which is lower than the $5-$7 per mile non-members pay) and vehicle type (towing a small sedan is cheaper than towing a lifted truck or an RV). We'll quote you a member rate over the phone before we dispatch the tow truck so there are no surprises.
