That said, we do ask that you honor any jobs you've accepted (no canceling mid-dispatch) and that you complete your onboarding training before receiving live job requests.
One of the biggest benefits of partnering with JF Roadside is that we handle all customer payments and disputes. When you complete a job, you submit proof of service (a photo of the vehicle, a digital signature, or a completed service ticket) through the app. We charge the customer's credit card or membership account and transfer your portion during the next weekly payout. If a customer disputes the charge, our team investigates using your submitted documentation. You're not responsible for chasing down payment or dealing with chargebacks—that's our job.
